I confirm that my decision to register is made independently and with a clear understanding of the guidelines and requirements set forth.

•I hereby acknowledge that I have personally and fully read and understood the terms of services of the giveNtake.world online helping platform. I accept full responsibility for any future financial, social, mental, or legal consequences that may arise as a result of my association with the platform, whether due to my own misunderstanding or if another consumer has deliberately or inadvertently misled me into associating with giveNtake.world. I affirm that I have independently comprehended and accepted these terms based on my own understanding. I also recognize that as a consumer, it is entirely my personal obligation and responsibility to thoroughly read and comprehend all terms of services, as Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited shall bear no liability of any kind in this regard.

•I hereby acknowledge that any amount I choose to provide, ranging from ₹150 to ₹17,150, to assist up to ten consumers on the giveNtake.world online helping platform is given solely of my own volition, purely on a personal and unconditional basis. I fully understand and accept that this contribution is not a deposit, investment plan, or any form of financial investment. I also recognize that giveNtake.world is a platform designed to unconditionally provide financial support to individuals in need within our country. Therefore, I am fully aware and accept that any funds I contribute are non-refundable, and under no circumstances will I request a return of these funds. I confirm this understanding based on my independent judgment and free will.

• I hereby acknowledge that as part of my participation in the giveNtake.world online helping platform, I am required to provide unconditional financial assistance to ten consumers on a personal basis. I understand that the platform offers a business opportunity to potentially receive financial assistance ranging from ₹150 up to a maximum of ₹82,95,500 from a total of 2046 consumers. I am fully aware that giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited does not specify a set timeframe for receiving the full financial support from these 2046 consumers, nor does it impose any deadline as per its terms of services. Should any other consumers or individuals imply a specific timeframe or duration for this process, I recognize that giveNtake.world / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited bears no responsibility or liability in such cases. I confirm that I have understood and accepted these conditions based on my own independent judgment.

• "I hereby acknowledge that in order to complete my consumer verification process on the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, I am required to pay a verification fee of ₹20, inclusive of GST, to the company. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment."

• I hereby acknowledge that in order to complete my registration on the giveNtake.world online platform, I must be an Indian citizen who is at least 18 years of age and possess the following documents in my own name, as approved by the Indian Government:

A valid Indian Aadhaar card number.
A PAN card number (linked with the Aadhaar card).
An Indian SIM card or mobile phone number (linked with the Aadhaar card).
Bank account details in my name (including account number, IFSC code, and branch name).
A personal email ID.
Full residential address and personal details.

I confirm that I have understood and accepted these requirements based on my own independent judgment.

•I hereby acknowledge that I am required to submit all of the aforementioned documents on the giveNtake.world online helping platform’s application/website. I understand that failing to do so will prevent the completion of my consumer registration. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this requirement based on my own independent judgment.

•I hereby acknowledge that I am personally obligated to provide all KYC information as requested by the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this obligation based on my own independent judgment.

• I confirm that I am personally willing to directly pay Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited the following amounts :

Consumership KYC verification fees,
Consumership approach ,
Give help top-up
PMF (Platform Maintenance Fees).

These amounts will be transferred directly to the company's bank account, and I acknowledge and confirm this decision, having fully understood and agreed to it of my own free will.

• I understand, acknowledge, and affirm through my own conscious reasoning that after I associate with giveNtake.world Online Helping Platform / Prashant Panachikal Enterprises Pvt Ltd , I will receive financial help only if new consumers are associated with my consumership, and if no new consumers are associated, I will not receive any financial assistance.

• I hereby acknowledge that it is my personal responsibility to thoroughly review the accuracy of the amounts related to the PMF + GST, the givehelp I provide to ten consumers through my consumership, the receive help I receive from 2046 consumers, and the withdrawal amounts credited to my bank account. I understand that if I discover any discrepancies in any of these amounts, it is my duty to promptly inform the company. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this responsibility based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that all services provided to me as a consumer on the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, as well as the various expenses incurred by the company (including software development, promotions, sales, administration, running expenses, employee benefits, etc.), are encompassed in the amount I provide to the company as PMF. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that the Platform Maintenance Fee (PMF) I provide to the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, along with the GST paid to the government and the total amount used to financially assist ten consumers (give help), is not derived from any unlawful activities such as terrorism, sedition, robbery, theft, or any other criminal acts. Instead, I confirm that these funds are obtained solely through my own efforts and legitimate sources. I accept and acknowledge this understanding based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that for each Platform Maintenance Fee (PMF) I provide to the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, I will receive a digital invoice on the website/application. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that when I receive financial assistance ranging from ₹150 to a maximum of ₹82,95,500 through my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, 5% of each received amount will be deducted as PMF, along with an 18% GST on the 5% PMF. This total will be withdrawn from the PMF amount I provide to Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that based on my personal willingness to collaborate with the vision of the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited to assist individuals in our country who are in urgent need of financial support, I am prepared to provide unconditional financial assistance to consumers registered and cooperating with the giveNtake.world online helping platform. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this commitment based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that I am prepared to provide unconditional financial assistance ranging from ₹150 to ₹17,150 to ten consumers with whom I have previously collaborated through the giveNtake.world online helping platform. This assistance will be provided using funds that I have earned through my own efforts. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this commitment based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that the financial assistance I provide to consumers on the giveNtake.world online helping platform is intended solely for the individual financial needs and requirements of each consumer. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I hereby acknowledge that it is my personal and social responsibility to provide the financial assistance I offer to ten consumers on the giveNtake.world online helping platform as promptly as possible. Based on my understanding of this responsibility, I give my complete assurance, on a personal basis, to both the giveNtake.world online helping platform and the ten consumers to whom I provide financial support.

• I hereby acknowledge that by providing unconditional financial assistance ranging from ₹150 to ₹17,150 to ten consumers through my consumer membership on the giveNtake.world online platform, I grant the company the authority to allocate 50% of the total amount I receive as financial assistance, after deducting PMF and GST, directly as give help to these ten consumers. I understand that this arrangement enables me to top up give help more quickly, and I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I will be able to see the ten consumers to whom I am required to provide unconditional financial assistance in my give help chart on the giveNtake.world online helping platform and I understand the specific amounts allocated to each consumer as follows:

₹150 to the first consumer,
₹200 to the second consumer,
₹400 to the third consumer,
₹600 to the fourth consumer,
₹800 to the fifth consumer,
₹1,000 to the sixth consumer,
₹2,000 to the seventh consumer,
₹3,000 to the eighth consumer,
₹4,000 to the ninth consumer,
₹5,000 to the tenth consumer.

I confirm that I have understood and accepted these requirements based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that for each financial assistance (receive help) I receive from the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, I am required to provide financial assistance ranging from ₹150 to ₹17,150 to the consumers at the 10-stage level, with 50% of the amount being given as give help. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that from each financial assistance (receive help) I receive from the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, after providing 50% as give help, the remaining 50% amount will be credited to my own bank account registered under my name on the giveNtake.world online helping platform. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that through my consumership on the giveNtake.world online platform, I have the opportunity to provide financial assistance of up to ₹17,150 to ten consumers until I have completed 100% of the give help received. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that after providing the full amounts for give help, PMF, and GST for each financial assistance received from the giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, the entire 100% of the financial assistance will be credited to my own bank account registered in my name on the giveNtake.world online helping platform. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• In the giveNtake.world online helping platform, I voluntarily and personally authorize Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited to receive amounts ranging from ₹150 to ₹17,150, which I directly transfer from my own bank account to the company's bank account, to unconditionally assist 10 consumers financially as part of fulfilling my give help. Within 48 hours of receiving the amount in the company's bank account, through the company’s digital technology, they will disburse 50% of the give help amount to 10 consumers whom I am assisting, and the remaining 50% will be transferred to each consumer’s own bank account, as provided to the company. I have personally entrusted the company with this responsibility, and I have been assured by the company that all the records and details regarding my consumer account will be clearly and accurately available on the giveNtake.world website and app. I fully understand, acknowledge, and accept this with my own conscious awareness.

• In the giveNtake.world online helping platform, I voluntarily and personally authorize Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited to use 50% of the receive help amount that is credited to my consumer account in order to complete my give help. The amount received in the company’s bank account will be used to unconditionally assist 10 consumers financially by providing them with 50% of their give help amount, using the company's digital technology, within 48 hours of receiving the amount in the company’s bank account. The remaining 50% will be transferred to each consumer's personal bank account, as provided to the company. I have personally entrusted the company with this responsibility, and I have been assured by the company that all the records and details regarding my consumer account will be clearly and accurately available on the giveNtake.world website and app. I fully understand, acknowledge, and accept this with my own conscious awareness.

• I acknowledge that the financial assistance I receive through my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform can be viewed in my receive help chart. I understand that I can receive unconditional financial assistance ranging from ₹150 to a maximum of ₹8,295,500 from 2046 consumers. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that within 30 days from the date I receive my consumer membership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, I am personally responsible for introducing two or more individuals who are interested in providing unconditional financial assistance to those in need in our country. I will explain in detail and clearly the vision, social commitment, terms of services, and business plan of the giveNtake.world online helping platform to these individuals, ensuring they understand. I will use my personal invitation link to associate them with the platform. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this responsibility based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that the following services provided by the giveNtake.world online helping platform for consumers are intended to assist me as a consumer:

Training
Education
Awareness
Promotion
Marketing
Technical Support
Backend Support
Technology Updates
Software Updates
Research Future Updates

I clearly understand that all the services and supports provided by the company are intended to assist me as a consumer, and it is my sole responsibility to utilize them accurately and effectively. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this responsibility based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that if I, as a consumer of the giveNtake.world online helping platform, engage in any misconduct, defamation, harassment, sexual misconduct, or any other criminal behavior against the giveNtake.world online helping platform, the community, or women, and this is substantiated by evidence to the company (Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited), the company reserves the right to terminate my consumer membership permanently through a 'Punishment Consumership Transfer' method without further notice. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that if I use the personal information of other consumers working on the giveNtake.world online helping platform to promote another idea or business, and this is substantiated by evidence to the giveNtake.world online helping platform, the company reserves the right to terminate my consumer membership permanently through a 'Punishment Consumership Transfer' method without further notice. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that if I willfully violate the terms of services of the giveNtake.world online helping platform by misleading other consumers or misrepresenting the platform's concept, and if this is substantiated by evidence against me, the company reserves the right to transfer my consumer membership to another individual through a 'Punishment Consumership Transfer' method without my consent. I understand and accept that the company holds complete authority in this matter, and I confirm that I have understood this condition based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that the official social media channels of giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prashanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited include the Facebook page, Facebook group, YouTube channel, Telegram channel, and state- and district-based Telegram groups created from the company's official SIM card number (mobile phone number), where all official positions of the company are represented. I understand that giveNtake.world online helping platform assumes responsibility only for informations, promotions, and statements issued on these official channels. I also acknowledge that any informations, promotions, or statements made by other consumers or individuals, or those spreading misinformation about giveNtake.world online helping platform on social media, are not the responsibility or liability of giveNtake.world online helping platform / Prashanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited in any manner. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge that paying taxes is my personal duty and responsibility, and I understand that contributing taxes is essential for the development of the country. I confirm that I have understood and accepted this based on my own independent judgment.

• I acknowledge and accept, based on my own independent judgment, that if I act against the principles, integrity, transparency, or terms of services of the giveNtake.world online helping platform, giveNtake.world or Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited may take legal action against me personally.

• I acknowledge and accept, based on my own independent judgment, that if I engage in any form of harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior, whether online or in person, towards women associates on the giveNtake.world online helping platform—whether on a personal or social level—giveNtake.world or Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to take legal action. In cases of serious harassment, the company may also refer the matter, supported by evidence, to investigative agencies

• I acknowledge and understand that any misuse of the giveNtake.world online helping platform, its terms, conditions, values of integrity, transparency, or core principles, in a manner that misleads the public or misrepresents the platform's mission or operations, is both unlawful and prohibited. I further acknowledge that any such misuse will result in strict legal action taken against me by the giveNtake.world online helping platform or Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited, and I confirm my acceptance of this condition based on my own conscious judgment.

• Based on my personal understanding that the giveNtake.world online helping platform represents 50% business and 50% humanity, I acknowledge and agree to fully cooperate with all consumers in every manner, and I affirm this agreement through my own conscious decision.

• I hereby acknowledge and agree, based on my own conscious decision, that I am willing to share my personal information—such as my full name, SIM card number (mobile phone number), email ID, and consumership number—with other consumers through the giveNtake.world online helping platform for the purpose of directly receiving financial assistance from 2046 consumers.

• I hereby acknowledge and agree, based on my own conscious decision, that consumers who have not updated their PAN card at the time of registration on the giveNtake.world online helping platform must do so before receiving financial assistance of up to 50,000 (fifty thousand) rupees. Failing to update the PAN card will result in the inability to receive any further financial assistance beyond 1,00,000 (one lakh) rupees.

• I hereby acknowledge and agree, based on my own conscious decision, that an individual who possesses valid documents recognized by the Central or State Government in their own name is permitted to register for only one consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform. Additionally, it is prohibited for any individual to use another person’s documents for consumership registration, as this constitutes a criminal offense (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Information Technology Act of 2000).

• I understand and acknowledge, based on my own conscious awareness, that the password I use on the giveNtake.world online helping platform and my personal information must be kept completely private and confidential. It is not permissible to share this information with other consumers or individuals.

• I understand and acknowledge that if I share my password, which must be kept very confidential on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, I will be solely responsible for any financial liabilities, total losses, and legal actions that may arise for myself, the company, or other consumers. Additionally, if I incur any financial loss due to the password being accessible to others, the company will not be liable for any reason.

• I understand and acknowledge that the consumership received from the giveNtake.world online helping platform is a lifelong consumership.

• I understand and acknowledge that I bear full responsibility for the complete privacy of my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform.

• I hereby declare that the Company shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any experiences or actions of other consumers or individuals exploiting my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform. Therefore, I understand and accept that I am personally responsible for all suffering and loss.

• I acknowledge that all consumers cooperating with the giveNtake.world online helping platform are entitled to equal justice and rights provided by the giveNtake.world online helping platform and Prasanth Panachikkal Enterprises Private Limited. Therefore, I understand that it is a criminal act (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023) to disrespect, use derogatory language, insult, threaten, mock, or command consumers on the giveNtake.world online helping platform based on personal, social, religious, political, economic, or mental factors, and such actions are against the legal systems existing in India. The giveNtake.world online helping platform does not accept or encourage such actions under any circumstances. If such activities come to the attention of the giveNtake.world online helping platform based on evidence, I understand and acknowledge that I may be permanently removed from my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, and my consumership may be transferred to another eligible individual.

• Only those individuals who have personally understood 100% of the concepts, business plans, terms, and conditions of the giveNtake.world online helping platform shall be associated as customers or consumers on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, and this is not the responsibility of the company. I understand and acknowledge this in my conscious awareness

• I understand and acknowledge that if I encounter any technical issues with the giveNtake.world online helping platform, including problems related to the internet, software, server, or bank holidays that may cause delays in receiving the financial assistance to which I am entitled, I am personally prepared to fully cooperate with the company during such times, even if it means temporarily halting activities related to my consumership until the issues are resolved. I acknowledge this with full awareness.

• I understand and acknowledge that I have the personal discretion to decide on the limit for withdrawing financial assistance from my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform, which is a maximum of up to ₹1000.

• I understand and acknowledge that the company will be obligated to transfer the financial assistance from my consumership on the giveNtake.world online helping platform to my bank account, which is in my name, within a maximum of 5 working days.

• I understand and acknowledge that in relation to the financial assistance I will receive up to ₹82,95,500 from the giveNtake.world online helping platform, for the services, training, and facilities provided to me, the company will charge a platform maintenance fee or service charge of 5% on each receipt amount of the financial assistance, along with 18% GST on the service charge. I acknowledge that I will not receive any refunds for these charges under any circumstances. I also confirm that the services I receive are equivalent to the amounts I provide as PMF or service charges. I fully understand, accept, and consent to this in my conscious awareness.

• I understand and acknowledge that a customer can approach the giveNtake.world online helping platform in five ways, which I have comprehended and accepted in my conscious awareness:

Based on my willingness to personally offer unconditional financial help to 10 individuals in urgent need within our country, I acknowledge that by assisting the first consumer with ₹150 unconditionally on the giveNtake.world online helping platformI can associate in this platform. I understand that only by continuing to support the remaining 9 consumers across various stages will I be eligible to potentially receive financial assistance of up to ₹82,95,500. This approach, which I have thoughtfully recognized and affirmed through self-reflection, is what I term the Rural Approach.

According to the Rural Approach, I understand that I can only receive a maximum financial assistance of ₹82,95,500 when collaborating with approximately 20,97,152 consumers.
