Delete your account

You can delete your giveNtake.world account at any time, from the app or by email. You do not need to give a reason.

From the app

1. Open the giveNtake.world app and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap "Delete My Account".
4. Tap Delete.

Your account is deleted at once. The app signs you out on every phone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, send an email to accounts@giventake.world with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you registered with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login. You cannot sign in again.
• Your push notifications.
• Your profile no longer takes part in the platform.

What we keep

• Payment records and invoices, for as long as Indian tax law requires.
• The record of who invited whom, because the accounts of other members depend on it.

We keep these records only for those legal and accounting reasons. We do not use them for anything else.
